Recognizing the efforts of our team member is an integral part of every day at the Palmer House.
The hotel has numerous recognition programs including: Blue Energy Awards, Legends of Service, Team member/Manager of the quarter, Team member/Manager of the Year.
The hotel also asks our clients to help us recognize outstanding service! At the beginning of a groups event, the main contact/VIP will be presented with a Palmer House Coin. We ask that they present this coin to the team member who made the biggest impact on their stay with us. All team members who receive this coin will be able to turn it in for prizes. Ask your Catering/Event manager for more information on this initiative!
